Right of Withdrawal

30-day right of return

We give you a contractual right of return and withdrawal of 30 days — the same period Herbalife guarantees for its products. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for online orders in Switzerland; we grant the following terms voluntarily, and they are binding on us.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days, without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a person named by you, received the goods.

To exercise your right of return, inform us with a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter):

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send the statement before the 30 days are up. You can use the form at the end of this page for that — it isn't compulsory.

How a return works

1. You register the return within 30 days of receiving the goods, by email or by phone.
2. We send you the refund form. Enclose it, filled in and signed, with the return, or send it in advance to widerruf@myherbal.ch.
3. Send the goods back to us within 14 days after registering your return. What counts is the date you send them, not the date they reach us.
4. Once the goods arrive, we refund the amount within 14 days.

The return goes to the address given above. You bear the direct cost of the return; we refund the original shipping costs together with the purchase price.

Please send the goods back in their original packaging with all their parts, and protect the parcel against damage in transit.

Refund

We refund all payments received, including the cost of delivery to you (except for any extra costs arising because you chose a delivery other than the cheapest standard one), at the latest 14 days after the return reaches us .

For the refund we use the same means of payment as for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed. No charges apply. Purchases paid by credit card or TWINT are refunded the same way and are not paid out in cash.

If you prefer, we'll put the full amount towards the purchase of another product from our range instead — the choice is yours.

What can be returned

The Herbalife money-back guarantee also covers products that have already been opened and started: if you aren't happy with a product, you can return it within the 30 days, even if you've tried it. Please send back the unused remainder with the original packaging.

We cannot take back products whose best-before date has passed, or goods damaged by improper handling after delivery. You are liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what was necessary to examine them.
