PAYMENTS

For better customer protection, payment in advance is required. Accepted payment methods:

• Credit card and TWINT. Online payment by Visa or Mastercard credit card, PostFinance, Google Pay, Apple Pay and TWINT. The transaction runs through a secure server managed by Payrexx. Your card details are processed only by Payrexx and are never stored on our servers.
• Klarna. Payment through Klarna, handled by Payrexx. Dispatch follows once the payment is confirmed. Klarna's own terms also apply.
• Purchase on invoice. You receive an invoice, handled by Payrexx. Dispatch follows once the payment has arrived.
• PayPal, an online platform that lets you complete your purchase in complete security and at no extra cost. It allows payment either from an account or by entering credit card details.

Dispatch after payment: Whichever payment method you choose, your order is only dispatched once the payment has been confirmed.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Payment processing is encrypted and handled by the payment provider Payrexx AG (Switzerland) or by PayPal.
