On every Herbalife product in our range we give a 30-day money-back guarantee.

We're confident you'll be happy with our Herbalife products in every respect. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it — even if you have already opened and tried it. You'll get the full purchase price back, or we'll put it towards another product from our range. The choice is yours.

Return conditions

The same deadlines and procedures apply as in our Right of Withdrawal:

• Register the return within 30 days of receiving the goods.
• Send the goods back within 14 days of registering the return.
• Refund within 14 days of the return arriving.
• The completed refund form belongs in every return — you'll receive it from us by email.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Purchases paid by credit card or TWINT are refunded the same way and are not paid out in cash.
