Recommended use
To prepare a nutritious pancake, heat a non-stick pan on a low setting. Mix 24 g (2 scoops) of Protein Bake Mix with 30 ml (2 tbsp) of low-fat milk (1.5% fat) or 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water. Pour the finished batter into the middle of the pan and spread it out to the consistency you want. Cook on a low setting for 2–3 minutes until the underside is golden, then turn the pancake over and repeat this step on the other side.
