Shake 2 scoops () vigorously with 250 ml of cold, low-fat milk (1.5%). For a vegan shake use soy drink; for extra protein use Protein Drink Mix and water.

The ingredients of this flavour are vegan and the protein comes from soy. Prepared with soy drink or water the shake stays vegan; with cow's milk it doesn't, of course.

Does Formula 1 contain soy, gluten or lactose?

The shakes made with soy protein contain soy and oats, but are gluten-free. Prepared with a plant drink they are lactose-free. If you'd rather avoid soy, choose the pea protein version. The information on the packaging is always the binding one.
