Shake 2 scoops (26 g) vigorously with 250 ml of cold low-fat milk (1.5 %) in a shaker.
Mix 2 scoops of Formula 1 + 2 scoops of Protein Drink Mix Vegan (~28 g) with 300 ml of water.
Tip: 250 ml of milk + 3–4 ice cubes + 2 scoops of powder in the blender – that's how Formula 1 tastes best of all!

How do I prepare Formula 1?
Shake 2 scoops () vigorously with 250 ml of cold, low-fat milk (1.5%). For a vegan shake use soy drink; for extra protein use Protein Drink Mix and water.

Which flavour is right for me?
That's a matter of taste – all the flavours have the same nutritional base. If you like it classic, start with Vanilla or Chocolate; Café Latte and Mint & Chocolate are stronger. You can switch flavour right at the top of this page.
Is Formula 1 vegan?
The ingredients of this flavour are vegan and the protein comes from soy. Prepared with soy drink or water the shake stays vegan; with cow's milk it doesn't, of course.
Does Formula 1 contain soy, gluten or lactose?
The shakes made with soy protein contain soy and oats, but are gluten-free. Prepared with a plant drink they are lactose-free. If you'd rather avoid soy, choose the pea protein version. The information on the packaging is always the binding one.
